In 2010, the City of Inman Council members unanimously voted to support the proposed INMAN TRAIL and funded the necessary survey. With the survey completed, on March 14, 2011 the City of Inman Council voted unanimously to create the Inman Trail Commission to advise the Council on planning, land use, community development, and other matters as it pertains/relates to the Inman Trail. On May 9, 2011 Council approved the appointment of final members to fill positions on the INMAN TRAIL COMMISSION.
