PEACHeS (People Enjoying Active Community Health & Safety) is a grassroots organization consisting of citizens interested in promoting active living and environments in Inman, SC.
In 2006, PEACHeS created a Walkable Community Map of Inman which lists historically significant places and promotes outdoor pedestrian activity. PEACHeS and Partners for Active Living are currently advocating for the establishment of a 2-mile, paved multi-use path, the Inman Trail. The proposed Inman Trail will consist of five links and three spurs, and when completed will connect the central business district, the public library, schools and the historic Mill Village.
PAL supports Inman PEACHeS in advocating for the development of the Inman Trail and other projects. If you are interested in becoming involved with the PEACHeS group, please contact Jessica Bunn at Partners for Active Living, 864-598-9638.
